Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between 3BeeStudio and any customer wishing to purchase a product or service offered on the site 3beestudio.fr. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 2 — Products and services

3BeeStudio offers two types of orders:

• Stock items: products available in the shop, shipped within 48h to 5 business days.
• Custom creations: objects designed and made to the customer's specifications. A quote is issued before any production. A 50% deposit is required when ordering.
• Connected keychains: custom 3D keychains with a built-in NFC chip. The NFC chip destination is programmed according to the choice indicated by the customer when ordering.
• Logo vectorisation: if the logo is supplied in a non-vector format (PNG, JPG), conversion to a vector format (SVG) may be charged as an extra. The additional cost is communicated and accepted before any production.

All objects are made in France. Photos and visuals are provided for illustration only; slight colour variations may appear depending on the filament used.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. As a micro-enterprise, 3BeeStudio is not subject to VAT (article 293 B of the French Tax Code). Prices may be changed at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

Shipping costs are indicated at the time of payment and are payable by the customer, unless otherwise stated during a promotional offer.

Article 4 — Order and payment

Orders are placed directly on the site. Payment is secured via Stripe and accepts bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as compatible payment solutions.

For custom creations, the order is confirmed upon receipt of the 50% deposit. The balance is paid on delivery or before shipping.

3BeeStudio reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an availability issue or an obvious error in the price.

Article 5 — Delivery

• Stock items: shipped within 2 to 5 business days.
• Custom creations: lead time specified in the quote (generally 7 to 14 days).
• Delivery within mainland France by carrier (Colissimo or equivalent).
• A tracking number is provided by email as soon as the order ships.

In the event of a delivery delay attributable to the carrier, 3BeeStudio cannot be held responsible but undertakes to support the customer in resolving the issue.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification, for stock products.

Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications (custom, personalised keychains), in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

To exercise this right, contact us at contact@3beestudio.fr. Return costs are payable by the customer. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Article 7 — Warranties

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

In the event of a defective product, contact us as soon as possible with supporting photos. We will proceed with replacement or refund depending on the case.

Article 8 — Liability

3BeeStudio cannot be held responsible for indirect damage related to the use of the products. Liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

Article 9 — Personal data

The data collected when ordering is used solely for processing and delivering the order. See our Privacy policy for more information.

Article 10 — Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the customer may resort to mediation via the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Villefranche-sur-Saône.
