What is the minimum order quantity?
Orders start at 5 keychains. The unit price decreases with volume, down to €1.70 per unit from 250 pieces.
Which logo formats do you accept?
PNG, JPG or SVG. If your logo isn't vector-based, we can vectorise it (any extra cost is communicated and approved before production).
What does the NFC chip do?
When tapped with a smartphone, it instantly opens the destination of your choice: website, contact card (vCard), social profile or Google review page. The destination is programmed according to your choice at order time.
Can the chip destination be changed after delivery?
The destination is programmed at order time. An editable redirect option (hosted by 3BeeStudio) can be offered separately; it is not part of the base offer.
Which phones are compatible?
Almost all recent smartphones: iPhone (XS and newer, automatic reading) and NFC-enabled Android devices. No app to install.
What are the delivery times?
Keychains are 3D printed in France. Allow 5 to 10 business days. Shipping is free from 100 units.
Does the keychain need a battery?
No, no battery is required. NFC (Near Field Communication) technology is passive: the chip is powered by the electromagnetic field emitted by the phone when it reads it. The keychain works indefinitely, with no maintenance or charging.
